We interviewed our esteemed customer Dr. P. Mundhra who found his dream home at Dream Arcadia. It provided a thoughtful insight about his experience.
1. How did you know about us?
My family lives in Jamsedpur. Thanks to my transferable job, me and my wife was about to shift in Kolkata. Eventually we were looking for a home when my sister told me about a residential project in South Kolkata. Just a few months before, she bought her first home in Dream Palazzo and highly recommended the developers. I started doing my own research and got to know about Jain Group.
2. Why did you choose us?
I was looking for an apartment in South Kolkata. So, I called on the given number and got to know about Dream Arcadia which was close to Garia Metro. Kolkata was a new city to us. From the first call to guiding us in each step of the home buying process, the representatives at Jain Group helped us beyond our expectations! They were very approachable and answered my queries patiently.
3. The best thing you like about us?
One thing that I liked the most is, they actually valued me. They addressed all the tiny little issues during the home buying process. They also delivered the project within promised timeline.
Also, I especially liked the gym. Where most real-estate developers sell a few cheap machines in the name of multigym, here we have a well-equipped and hi-tech multigym at our premises. Also, there is servant’s quarter which is a unique feature in an apartment complex. Round the clock close circuit surveillance is another thing that I would say, commendable. Peace of mind is all you need in your home.
4. What do you think are our improvement areas?
Well, to be honest I expected a car for the site tour. Also, the garden needs to be maintained more frequently. The plants need more care.
5. What was the most disappointing thing that happened during your transaction?
No such thing happened. It was a smooth process throughout. They also helped me to get the loan easily in the fastest possible way.
6. Would you feel comfortable recommending us to your friends and family?
Sure! I was based out of Kolkata and not once did I feel it could be a disadvantage. Thanks to Jain Group for the lovely experience.
